I saw a young lady in her mid early teens walking with a small puppy through the neighborhood where I live. She didn't use a leash and it was about 5pm. This puppy stayed at her side the whole time. This puppy looked like it was on it's first day of walking. I never seen the girl before so I know the puppy walked a long way. I couldn't help but wonder what the heck was her trick. I saw her stop and lean down down and let the pup smell her hand (it was in a fist) then she quickly stood up and started walking without looking back. The pup took off and ran up beside her again. Wow that is confidence in your puppy's training. Speaking of ‘positive training’.
